Tried for the first time and I’m so glad I did! The owners are a real sweet, friendly couple, and the food was really great. The portions were good. Shrimp Pad Thai was so delicious!! General Tso’s Chicken and the egg rolls were the best I have had since being in the east coast. I’ll definitely return and try other items.
Delicious food. Very friendly service! I loved that the chicken dishes had the sauce on the side to keep them crunchy. The General Tso’s was spicy but with great flavor and the cashew was awesome! Crab Rangoon was a fave!
I drive daily past Pa Chan's and decided the other day to stop and try it out. I'm so so glad that I did. Having never been before I've taken the opportunity to try multiple things on the menu and I haven't had a bad one yet! Pa Chan's has some of my favorite Crab Rangoons. I'll definitely be back often!

Pa Chan’s: This is a great little food truck on west republic road that offers delicious Chinese food at a great price! I’ve eaten here a few times and I’ve not been disappointed yet. He’s always happy and offers great service, gets the food made quick at a great price! The very first time I ate here I rolled in at 8:01 (I didn’t know they closed at 8) he had already locked up the truck but as I was turning around to leave he flagged me down and said he’s open back up. I told him no but he insisted! I’m a customer for life!
Pa Chan's is some of my favorite food in town. When I'm not feeling well, because of sickness or any other reason all I want is Pa Chan's delicious egg drop soup. Its the best egg drop soup I've ever eaten, flavorful and packed with soft cooked eggs, with a deliciously spicy chili garlic topping on the side. (the spicy hesitant should use this very sparingly until you are ready to unleash its full spicy power, its yummy and potent) The entrees are affordable, generously sized and delicious. Best pad thai in town by far. I also love the jerky with sticky rice too. The owners are also so kind, its been on more than one occasion that we've called very close to closing time hoping we might snag some food and they were more than happy to accommodate. (Though we don't make a habit of that because we'd rather they get home, we do really appreciate it when its happened though) I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough, and do not miss that soup, y'all
It's a trailer, no seating, but the best crab rangoon I've had around here. The eggrolls are fresh and rolled in rice paper, also superb. And the sweet chili sauce! If you are a fan, better ask for 2.
Been hitting this place once a week since they opened, and have yet to be let down once. The owners are very friendly and my order is always correct and served fresh. Quality of food and serving size vs price is one of the better deals in Springfield. Cannot recommend this place enough
